The stats on depression across the world are truly astounding. In Australia alone, there are currently 3.2 MILLION people experiencing depression. So what can you do if it creeps up on you? And how do you move through it?

(Please note that in this discussion I am referring to Mild Generalised Depression only. I fully support medical treatment for serious depression related illnesses.)

From a medical perspective, depression is a result of a chemical imbalance in the brain. This affects our ability to process our internal and external worlds effectively. The results include a loss or dimming of pleasure and desire.

But, metaphysical science has proven we have the capacity to correct this chemical imbalance. By working our way through 2 key suppressed emotions, we can heal ourselves.
