As bright, sensitive, creative and spiritual women stability is not easy to find. Our creative flairs and sensitive natures come from the chaos of life itself. We live our lives in the throw of chaotic and intuitive passion. Why? Because our ‘magic’ stems from the very depth of the emotions this chaos brings.

We are usually reluctant to address our need for stability. Because we think stability will restricts our sensitive, creative and spiritual nature. We worry it will restricts our magic.

The problem is too much chaos is not a good thing. The stress causes our bodies to hold tension which, if held too long, becomes ill health. And ill health does not just mean on the physical level. The prolonged impact of stress on our nervous systems affects our mental health through cycles of depression and anxiety.

Gifting ourselves stability WITHOUT restricting the very thing that makes us who we are, is the most important thing we can do in our lives.
